Spiritual Resilience: Back Into The Groove, Again.

Resilience is getting back up. Resilience is winning after you’ve lost.

It seems like life sends you on a rollercoaster of emotions and experiences. By the end of the ride you’re shaken up, turned upside down, and probably have thrown up a few times. Spiritual Resilience is what helps you bounce back after a crazy ride.

Looking back at my life I can’t imagine what my life would be like now if I didn’t pick myself up when I got knocked down.

Luckily, we don’t waste time on what could have happened if something goes well in our lives. When something goes wrong though, it’s extremely easy to get caught up in a negative spiral. One thought after another, pulling you down to the ground and forcing you to stay there.

Your thoughts can be bullies, flat out MEAN. They can break your spirits, causing you to not even believe in yourself! How crazy is that? Resilience with the intention of returning to center, or alignment, with your true and higher self is key.

When life tosses you to the depths of despair, look for the light. The light won’t be a physical light in a room, or the sun, but the light within yourself, the very lifeforce constructing your thoughts. Look for the light within yourself to bounce back.

Get back into the groove, again.

The universe has sprung me into a journey to master my spiritual being and share my knowledge. I’m thinking to make your lives maybe a little bit easier.

I have had many times in my life where I have had to be my own best friend, my own parent, and my own self. It’s a lot more complex than it sounds when you’re only one person.

I feel like we lose ourselves constantly. Losing and finding ourselves is a cycle of life. Perhaps we lose ourselves in order to make room for finding a deeper, more true part of ourselves for the current moment in time. Or maybe we are constantly dying and being rebirthed. Either way, you change, you welcome new, something different.

An important lesson in my life has been getting back on track with my alignment on a daily basis.

I feel like it so easy to lose yourself in social media, news, our jobs, school work, life in general, you know? Sometimes you overextend yourself and forget what it’s like to take care of you as a priority. Sometimes you’re manipulated into believing false truths about yourself and want to find TRUE self. Whoever she is.

Whatever has brought you to this blog, it has served its purpose. You are here, and you obviously want to grow.  So I have a couple of questions to ask you.

I hope you don’t find this too blunt, actually I don’t care. I want to be as real as I can with you, don’t you want to be too already?!

What have you been up to? No really, what the heck have you been up to? Read that slowly. What choices are you making?

It’s important to realize that we went through an intense clearing of toxic mindsets the past couple months, and now is the time to really boomerang back to who we know we really are.

Are you really living your best life?

What does that even mean?

Now is the time to start embodying the true meaning of “living my best life”, and not just posting Instagram photos about it. Sorry girl. Imagine living your best life, no limitations, nothing holding you back from having anything you need to be abundant in all areas of life.

What would you feel like? What would you look like? What would you eat? What would you consume– music, television, books, podcasts? What would you do to help others? How would you spend your time? Are you productive?

Are you blissfully happy?

It’s time, NOW, to realize that potential you, is there, sitting comfortably under your bullshit. BS excuses as to why you aren’t truly loving your BEST life!

Step it the fuck up. The time is now to get motivated towards your goals and dreams. Now is the time to believe in yourself and your highest potential, put in the damn effort, and actually be your best self.

Make the conscious decision to better your future self. Don’t let temporary gratification cost your future self’s happiness and self-respect. Impress yourself. Face your fears & gain control of being aware that YOU control your life.

So I have to ask YOU, what are you doing today to start living more consciously?

Success! You're in!
